At Nite Mowers, we aim to make lawn care simple, reliable, and stress-free. The following guidelines help us deliver great service while keeping everyone safe and your property protected.
A Quick Note on Safety
For everyone’s safety, we ask that large items such as trampolines, play equipment, or heavy objects be moved before service. If an area is blocked, we’ll carefully mow around it.
We also take extra care around A/C units, utility boxes, and wiring. If something looks risky or unclear, we may leave that area untouched to avoid damage.
Yard Readiness
We ask that lawns be reasonably clear before service. While we’re happy to handle normal grass clippings, excessive trash, pet waste, or debris may limit what we’re able to service that day.
Our goal is always to keep things neat while working safely and efficiently.
Scheduling & Flexibility
We do our best to stick to scheduled service days, but sometimes adjustments are necessary. This may happen due to weather, equipment needs, or unexpected circumstances.
If a change is needed, we’ll always communicate as clearly as possible and work to get you rescheduled promptly.
